(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services.– Technologies and services that can generate, manage, and deliver accurate transcripts from audio and audio–visual recordings of court proceedings.– Information on solutions that leverage advances in automation, artificial intelligence, and transcription technologies to improve transcript quality, accessibility, timeliness, and cost–effectiveness while supporting integration with existing and future judiciary systems.– Provides a broad range of support services to state courts in operations, information technology, management, legal government relations, financial, administration, and programs.– Final transcripts are typically delivered as digital files (PDF) and, in some cases, as bound hard–copy documents.– When transcripts are required, they are generally produced by third–party contractors using either human transcription services or a combination of machine–generated transcription and human review.– Most proceedings are digitally recorded and archived as part of the official court record.– Digital transcripts are maintained as part of the electronic case file within the electronic courts system, which is supported by enterprise justice 2024.– Audio recordings and transcript files may be transmitted through email, file transfer protocol (FTP) servers, secure file–sharing platforms, or portable storage devices. Some courts also continue to utilize in–person court reporters or court staff to create transcripts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
