DES-2737 - USA (Martinez, California) - Commercial Document Destruction Services - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial document destruction services to the government authority located in Martinez, CA. – Provide secure mobile on–site shredding truck services and/or secure off–site plant destruction, maintaining a strict chain of custody and providing immediate certificates of destruction.– Service Model: As–needed or on–call purge services with no fixed weekly or monthly schedule.– Volume per Request: Approximately 50 standard banker boxes equivalent (approximately 1,500 lbs total) per service call.– Frequency: variable. services will be requested explicitly by the agency when accumulation reaches capacity.– Destruction preference: mobile on–site shredding truck or secure off–site plant destruction as specified in each request for service.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
