The Town of Hingham (the Owner and Awarding Authority) seeks to solicit bids for the Complete Painting and Carpentry Component repair/Replacement on both buildings at the Old Tree & Barn Buildings, 8 Short Street, Hingham, MA. The project includes complete preparation, lead paint remediation, repair/replacement of all degraded carpentry components, prime and paint all siding and trim components on both buildings at 8 Short Street in accordance with the documents prepared by Building Envelope Analysis, LLC and the Awarding Authority, Dated August 18, 2023.
