(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual system to the government authority located in Easton, PA.         – A provision for the installation and removal of equipment, and the technical servicing of system equipment, hardware and software.– Audio and video system to update and upgrade the equipment and systems by removing unnecessary or duplicative equipment and streamlining the system with newer, more advanced units suitable for recording and live streaming.– Camera angle and display of the public podium so that speakers and presentersare clearly visible on the stream.– Installed systems and equipment, to include the potential for testing of the system and equipment.– Audio and video systems equipment and software.– Capability to stream over Zoom and to YouTube           (2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.
