WATER-1030 - USA (Kisimmee, Florida) - Flow Meters Inspection and Calibration Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide flow meters inspection and calibration services to the government authority located in Kisimmee, FL.• Annual testing, inspection, calibration, revalidation, and condition assessment of flow meters with reports.• Scheduled and emergency repair services.• Replacement of flow meters and components, as needed.• Return–to–service testing and verification.• Documentation and reporting of testing, condition, repairs, calibration, revalidation, and replacement activities.• Inspect and test flow meters and associated components for electrical, mechanical, and physical defects• Determine the cause of failure and provide written documentation of inspection findings, test results, key measurements, failure analysis, and recommendations.• Provide a repair estimate and consult with Toho’s designated representative regarding repair or replacement.• Submit electronic repair estimates within three (3) working days following completion of the inspection, unless otherwise approved by agency• Provide electronic service reports and supporting documentation following completion of repair activities• Perform field repairs or remove, transport, repair, and reinstall units requiring bench repair(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
