(1) Vendor needs to provide student and staff photography services.– Provide professional student, staff, and event photography services across all district school sites, including transitional kindergarten through eighth grade campuses and administrative offices.– Production and delivery of professional photographic services and purchase–optional family packages.– Provide, on an as–needed basis and at the direction of each Site, the following professional photography services – Fall Picture Day: Individual student portrait day at every district school, with a secondary make up and retake day scheduled no later than thirty calendar days after the initial session.– Spring Picture Day: Individual student portrait day at every district school upon request of the site, with a secondary make–up and retake day scheduled no later than thirty calendar days after the initial session.– Class and grade–level group photography on both fall and spring picture days.– Eighth–grade promotion photography, including individual promotion portraits, group photography, and ceremony event coverage at sites where requested.– Staff individual portrait day at every district school and administrative office, offered concurrent with or separate from student photography at the discretion of the site.– Complimentary staff portrait deliverable, consisting of no fewer than one 5“×7“ and four wallet–size finished prints, provided to every certificated and classified employee of the district at no charge to the employee or to the district.– New–hire and late–hire make–up photography, scheduled at least twice per school year at central district office locations, at no additional charge, to photograph staff who were absent or not yet hired on the original picture day.– Graduation, promotion, kindergarten promotion, back–to–school night, open house, and honor roll and awards ceremony event coverage.– Hourly special–event photography at an agreed hourly rate firm–fixed in the price proposal, for events not otherwise covered under a scheduled picture day.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
