(1) Vendor needs to provide HealthNet managed care program service to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO. • A physician, licensed by the state to practice medicine or osteopathy, who has either specialized training in behavioural health services or one year of experience, under supervision, in treating problems related to behavioural health or specialized training;• A psychiatrist licensed by the state who has successfully completed a training program in psychiatry approved by the American Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, or other training program identified as equivalent by the state agency;• A psychologist licensed by the state to practice psychology with specialized training in behavioural health services;• A professional counsellor licensed by the state to practice counselling who has specialized training in behavioural health services;• A clinical social worker licensed by the state with a master’s degree in social work from an accredited program who has specialized training in behavioural health services;• A psychiatric nurse and a registered professional nurse, licensed by the state, who has at least two years of experience in a psychiatric setting or a master’s degree in psychiatric nursing;(2) Pre–bid teleconference will be held on July 21, 2026.
