CLEANING-13023 - USA (Media, Pennsylvania) - Custodial Services - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Media, PA.– Provided by the vendor and included for all employees that will work within county buildings.– Spot clean carpets for stains or hard–to–clean soil contamination. – Clean, sanitize, and disinfect all restrooms daily. – Holding cells: clean and mop around toilet, sink, and water fountain fixture. Sweep and mop with zep neutral floor cleaner. – Wipe tops of office furniture, including cabinets, chairs, and all other flat surfaces.  spot clean walls, doors, and jams.– Wipe down walls, doors, door frames, and all surfaces.– Check ceilings, high and low reach locations for cobwebs and stains to be removed.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
