(1) Vendor needs to provide investment management advisory services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.– The Investment Advisor must be independent and free from conflicts of interest that could impair objective decision–making.– Maintain all applicable licenses, registrations, and regulatory approvals required to provide investment management services– An overview of economic conditions– Portfolio observations and investment strategy– Market values and changes versus prior periods– Asset allocations and changes versus prior periods– Assist in the development, review or recommendations, of benchmarks on an annual basis.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
