(1) Vendor needs to provide senior advisor corporate services.– The advisor will lead outreach to and relationship–building with corporate partners, leveraging existing personal networks in corporate ESG, enterprise/supplier development, and transformation/ functions.– Secure introductions and lead outreach to shortlisted corporates, drawing on established personal networks– Conduct structured interviews/discussions with ±10 highest priority potential corporate partners, together with relevant agency staff to test corporate appetite for a pooled or coordinated financing vehicle, and understand risk–sharing preferences and alignment with supply–chain or transformation objectives– Coordinate senior–level introductions where working–level engagement indicates a need for executive sponsor involvement– Provide recommended options for pursuing corporate pathways based on initial interviews(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 08, 2026.
