Description

The City of Pasadena is seeking to enter into a multi-year contract with one or more executive search firms to provide comprehensive recruitment services and work with the Department of Human Resources, City Manager’s Office and/or the City Council to attract, identify and hire the most qualified candidates for executive and senior management positions. The City of Pasadena may select one vendor to provide all of these services or multiple vendors to award contracts. Selected firms may also be contracted on an hourly basis for related work as needed (e.g., reference checking, executive exit interviews).
