(1) Vendor needs to provide home maintenance, repairs and modifications program administration service to the government authority located in Binghamton, NY. • Provider to manage a home maintenance, repair and modification program.• Program will assist eligible older adults age 60 and older to remain in their homes.• Creating accessible toileting and bathing facilities (walk in showers)• Installing grab bars, railing installation, chairlifts, ramps• Technology–based solutions for safely aging in place• Fixing holes in the ceilings, walls or floors• Furnace repair/replacement• Replace bath fans and range hoods• Testing and replacing water heaters as needed• Environmental testing and remediation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 16, 2026.
