(1) Vendor needs to provide communications consultant services to lead strategic communications planning and implementation in support of programming. Initially, this contract will focus primarily on initiatives related to substance use prevention and response, mental health promotion, and child/ adolescent development, but may also support other programs and projects as needed.• Develop, update, and implement comprehensive strategic communications plans aligned with project goals, timelines, audiences, and funder requirements• Integrate local data, community feedback, and evidence–based practices into communications strategies• Adapt strategies over time based on performance data, emerging needs, or changes in project scopeCommunications Development and Review• Review and refine communications materials for clarity, accessibility, and compliance with grant/ funder requirements• Support or lead the development of materials such as:o Print and digital outreach materials (e.g., flyers, fact sheets, rack cards)o Newsletterso Website contento Social media content and campaigns,o Press releases and media outreach materials,• Support tracking of communications activities, including outputs and basic performance indicators• Provide status updates and summaries to as requested for internal management and/or funder reporting(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for one year.
