(1) Vendor needs to provide automated material handling system to the government authority located in Urbana, IL. – Assist to install a new Automated Materials Handling (AMH) system, along with training and support services.  – Provide an automated material handling (AMH) solution to support a more efficient, streamlined circulation workflow.• Design requirements:– High–speed sorter that can sort materials by format and destination.– RFID enabled.– Modularity, so we can rearrange as needed.– Conveyor system that can transport all material types.– Multiple sorting confirmations/profiles to allow for different sorting needs that is also easy to switch between.– Multiple bins/totes.– Patron and staff facing inductions.• Provide ongoing support, including but not limited to, break–fix issues, updates, and maintenance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
