(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate psychiatric professional services to the government authority located in Port Hadlock, WA.– Confirm prescriptions and dose medications as prescribed.– Mental health treatment and follow–up care.– Pychiatric sick call triage and follow–up on a daily basis to include weekends and holidays.– Appropriate and timely response to mental health needs and emergencies.– Maintain appropriate mental health records for inmates.– Coordinate offsite appointments for inmates as needed.– Work with medical providers for inmate continuance of care plan.– Collect lab specimens as required.– Respond to inmate written mental health requests, in a timely manner.– Mental health services are to be available 24/7, including by telephone or webcam.– Direct necessary mental health services, prescribe and review necessary psychiatric medications, and prepare mental health; discharge plans prior to release of inmates with mental health conditions.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
