CLEANING-13455 - USA (Calhoun, Michigan) - Janitorial and Grounds Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and grounds services to the government authority located in Calhoun, MI. – Primary cleaning of restrooms. – Perform cleaning survey of all areas – note problems with lights, faucet leaks, flush valves, floor tiles, drains, etc. – Daily periodic check of restrooms. – Clean and disinfect door, door pulls, window, kick plates, etc.– Clean and disinfect sanitary napkin receptacle – remove bag, disinfect container, and install new bag.– Wash restroom walls, partitions, toilets, and urinals with portable pump–up sprayer– Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, fixtures, and front of vanity.– Empty trash receptacles; clean and disinfect inside and outside of all waste receptacles presenting a soiled or odorous condition.– Clean drains with approved disinfectant.– Completely clean ceiling vent covers.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18,2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
