(1) Vendor needs to provide intelligent transportation system construction engineering and inspection services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.• Provide daily onsite inspection for conduit, trenching/boring, handholes, pull boxes, foundations, structures, cabinets, poles, and device installations.• Oversee fiber optic system (e.g., conduit, cable placement, splice closures, terminations, panel management) installations, repairs, and maintenance.• Perform and verify OTDR and optical power meter testing and review traces against acceptance criteria.• Verify power service installations, grounding/bonding, surge protection, and electrical safety compliance; confirm labeling and panel schedules.• Witness and document device configuration and bench testing (FAT, where applicable) prior to field installation.• Perform material verification and sampling, including device certifications, shop drawings, catalog cuts, and factory test reports.• Inspect and test reversible express lane ITS: warning/breakaway gates (mechanical, electrical, interlocks), barrier gates, toll gantries (detection, communications, power), and comparative travel time/speed signs.• Maintain issue and nonconformance logs; coordinate timely corrective actions and retesting.• Measure and compute quantities; maintain item record accounts and support progress estimates.• Maintain comprehensive daily reports with workforce, equipment, weather, work performed, tests taken, locations, and photos.• Support weekly progress and coordination meetings and provide updates on risks, schedule, and quality.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
