(1) Vendor needs to provide vending concession services to the government authority located in Lewiston, ID. – To furnish, install, operate, stock, service, and maintain vending machines in designated areas of the airport terminal. – Includes snack and Beverage Vending. – An added alternate requests a separate proposal for vending air travel essentials.• Furnish, install, own, operate, stock, clean, repair, and maintain all vending machines at no cost, except as expressly stated in the final agreement. • Provide snack vending with a balanced selection of chips, candy, cookies, crackers, granola/protein bars, nuts, and other popular items. • Provide beverage vending with bottled water, soft drinks, juices, energy drinks, and other nonalcoholic beverages. • Equip machines to accept major credit/debit cards and contactless payments. Cash acceptance may also be proposed. • Keep machines fully stocked, sanitary, safe, operational, and in good appearance, with prices plainly displayed.• Provide a customer service telephone number or electronic contact method for refunds and service requests. • Respond promptly to outages, product jams, payment failures, refrigeration problems, or other service issues.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
