Site Clearing and Demolition Services, Continuing Services

Leon County is seeking the services of qualified contractors for demolition, removal and disposal of all structure, improvements, debris, and personal property on a continuing services basis. It is the intent of the County to award contracts to multiple qualified contractors. The primary contractor shall be licensed by the State of Florida as a Licensed General Contractor or Certified Demolition Specialty Contractor pursuant to Section 489.105(3)(a)(q) Florida Statutes. The bid award will be determined by the fictitious event (Bid Table). However, all prices MUST be submitted for the items in the Supplemental Bid Price Sheet (Attachment E) . Failure to provide complete pricing will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any successful bidder for any related items, products, services, or associated work/services not specifically listed in this solicitation or the specifications. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 11:00am at the Leon County Purchasing Division conference room located at 1800-3 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308.
