Vendor needs to provide exhaust system inspection and service to the government authority located in Sugar Land, TX. – Provide preventative maintenance and repairs of vehicle exhaust systems at agency. – Check and clean internal contact surface of the nozzle and the net screen inside the nozzle– Check the electro–magnetic operation, the attachment, and the connector.– Magnetic holder on the vehicle– Check the hose carrier– Check the operation of the balance block; make sure the hose lifts up properly– Check the runners of the balance block– Check the operation of the balance block– Check the cable connection for the balance block– Check the circuit breaker positioned on the balance block– Check the break–pin and operation– Check all hoses– Check the guide rail spring pin– Check the mechanical connections
