EXTRA-75037 - USA (Georgia) - SS4A Supplemental Planning and Demonstration Project Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide SS4A supplemental planning and demonstration project services to the government authority located in Georgia– Includes using SS4A funds to test technology, prepare for the installation of quick–build solutions, and conduct post–implementation studies.– To assist in identifying these corridors and intersections, the consultant will utilize commercially available and governmental data sources to obtain system–wide data regarding transportation movements (e.g., harsh braking/acceleration, speed, volume).– Pre–installation data collection at each project location to establish a foundation for comparison before implementing interventions.– Purchase quick build materials and assist with procuring a vendor to install them at identified locations.– Collect follow–up data, including safety data and how materials hold up over time and estimate lifecycle maintenance costs for those materials.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on August 27, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026
