Case for Support & Stakeholder Assessment services

TARTA is seeking a qualified vendor to assist with the research regarding the potential for a TARTA Foundation Services Required: Partnership with Core Team: Bi-weekly virtual check-ins Case Messaging and Design Stakeholder List Creation: Interview and survey question development Online Survey Development: Creation, administration, and question development Interviews: Scheduling and execution of up to 25 one-on-one interviews via phone Staff Session Data Collection, Review, and Summarization Presentation to Board: Recommendations for next steps Client Responsibilities: The Client will supply all necessary information and provide staff assistance as appropriate in a reasonable and timely manner. Expenses: The Client will be responsible for applicable expenses including, but not limited to: Administrative and travel-related expenses Printing, stock photography, and mailing costs Airfare, accommodations, and meals Facility, food, and beverage expenses for any in-person retreats, workshops, or sessions Time & Availability: Consultant will implement services in accordance with a project-driven timeline. Services rendered will be primarily within standard business hours, with exceptions as agreed. TARTA is requesting a quote for the above-mentioned services, including a breakdown of costs and any additional fees that may apply. Please also include your availability to commence this project.
