(1) Vendor needs to provide juvenile jail compliance platform.• Vendor must design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive online platform dedicated to the collection, reporting, and monitoring of juvenile detention compliance data.• The platform will serve as a centralized digital environment where facilities can securelysubmit data, track compliance status, document corrective actions, and generate requiredreports, ensuring greater accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in statewide monitoringefforts.• Provide secure role–based access for approximately 300 law enforcement agencies,enabling them to log into and utilize the online juvenile compliance data platform• Collect, analyze, and generate all necessary data for federal reporting, to demonstratecompliance with the core requirements of agency• Maintain secure storage of agency documentation, certification forms, inspection reports,and other compliance–related records for audit and historical purposes.• Improve communication and information exchange between the Juvenile ComplianceMonitor and participating agencies through integrated messaging, updates, and guidancetools.• Enhance facility staff understanding of the federal core requirements by providingaccessible resources, guidance materials, and compliance support within the platform(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026
