(1) Vendor needs to provide rate studies consulting services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Provide highly experienced, multi–disciplinary consulting team to assist in developing four separate but related fee studies, and associated supporting tasks.– Project initiation and management.– Baseline data collection and review.– Research regional solid waste management services, costs, and fees.– Prepare recycling and diversion incentives analysis and options.– Conduct outreach and engagement.– Analyze data and prepare Fee Schedules.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
