The overall objective of this procurement is to acquire a laboratory analytical system capable of providing analytical accurate, precision, sensitivity, and reproducibility appropriate for environmental and agricultural research applications. The system must support current and future research requirements, maintain analytical continuity across multiple research programs, and provide the operational reliability necessary to meet departmental commitments and scientific objectives.
