TRANSPORT-12157 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Citywide Office Moving and Relocation Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide office moving and relocation services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Provide commercial moving services. – The services shall include all labor, material, and necessary equipment for the completion of office moves and staff relocations, including interim storage. – Movers are defined as staff designed to move furniture, boxes, and/or equipment from one site to another.– Conduct moves within the same building location or from one building location to another building. – Moves shall be within the Local Area.– Perform moving services that shall include, but are not limited to, the following items and services:– Packed boxes or crates.– Desks, chairs, bookshelves, picture frames, file and/or storage cabinets.– Cubicles, modules, workstations, standing desk components.– Sofas, tables.– Audio/visual equipment.– Copiers, computers, computer peripherals.– Assembly/disassembly of modular furniture.– Refrigerators.– Other items routinely found in an office environment.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026.
