Description

Bereitstellung, Betrieb, Wartung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer geo-redundanten Netzplattform für die Behördennummer 115. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Rolle des technischen Netzbetreibers und Service-Providers, der die Erreichbarkeit der Rufnummer 115 aus allen nationalen Fest- und Mobilfunknetzen sowie dem Ausland ermöglicht und die eingehenden Verkehre gemäß komplexer Routing-Regeln an die angeschlossenen Servicecenter verteilt.
