(1) Vendor needs to provide audience analysis services to inform strategic planning and public diplomacy engagements and communications to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– The contractor is responsible for developing the sampling design and methodology, programming the electronic data entry/collection form, providing interviewers and field supervisors, and designing a detailed survey methodology document.– The contractor will be responsible for implementing face–to–face, nationally representative interviews using Computer–Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), implementing a complementary Computer–Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) component, conducting four (4) Focus Group Discussions, and maintaining ongoing quality control and monitoring throughout fieldwork, including back–checks, spot checks, and data validation procedures– The contractor will be responsible for data cleaning, coding, and processing; constructing a finalized, weighted statistical database; and preparing cross–tabulations as required.
