Under this Contract, the Borrower will make payments using the direct payment method as defined in the World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. Hereby the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, on behalf of mayor's office of Kadamjay city in Batken region, invites eligible bidders to submit applications in sealed envelopes for Construction of an 80-bed dormitory for the Kadamjay District Lyceum-School located in Pulgon Village, Kadamjay City. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Proposals (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers issued in September 2023. ("Procurement Rules"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Rules.
