(1) Vendor needs to provide nutritional meals service to the government authority located in Lyons, NY.– Ensure staff preparing the food shall be proficient in food handling, production, and food service supervision and be able to train food production staff and volunteers.– Ensure procedures and provision of equipment necessary to maintain proper food temperatures of meals to be delivered.– Food must be prepared according to menus and recipes developed or approved.– Food items on production site menus must be clearly identified with portion sizes (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 04, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
