Description

The City of Lynnwood (City) will be accepting Statement of Proposals (SOPs) from experienced firms to provide professional services for updating the existing Sewer Interlocal Agreement between the cities of Edmonds and Lynnwood. The City of Lynnwood intends to award a single agreement to the most qualified firm for a period of approximately (1) one year. The City has allocated $75,000 for this effort. The final project budget will be established following negotiations on the scope of work with the selected firm. The selected firm will be invited to a scoping session with the City of Lynnwood to discuss and negotiate the potential scope of services. A contract will only be finalized once both parties have mutually agreed upon the scope of the services. The work performed under this contract is funded through Utility Funds-411.
