NET-17572 - USA (Ocean City, Maryland) - Guest-Client Network Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide guest–client network services to the government authority located in Ocean City, MD.– Guest–Client Network Services includes; in general, all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor to complete a wireless (herein “Wi–Fi”) and/or wired Internet deployment.– This shall include but is not limited to product features, functionalities, and capabilities required in Wi–Fi and/or wired Internet solutions to enhance the agency guest and client experience(s), enhance sponsor value, and provide high–performance connectivity for guest and client utilization.– Include requirements of Wi–Fi and/or wired Internet products and/or services and supporting network hardware and/or software for deployment.– Shall be compatible with a variety of popular user–oriented platforms, including but not limited to, Apple iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows, and Apple Mac.– Professional service offering(s) for but not limited to Wi–Fi design, deployment, optimization, network design and/or management, and future upgrade capabilities. This shall include but is not limited to, installation and commissioning experience(s), description of capabilities for system optimization and performance acceptance, maintenance service and/or event support, network upgrade(s), maintenance and/or monitoring agreement(s), repair agreement(s), and service level requirements.– WLAN coverage and capacity shall support a variety of WLAN–enabled devices, including but not limited to, tablets, smartphones, laptops, point–of–sale equipment, IP video surveillance devices, IP phones, and/or digital signage players with sufficient bandwidth to support the variety of applications utilized.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
