(1) Vendor needs to provide delta portable handheld analyzer raman spectroscopy equivalent service to the government authority located in Bay Minette,AL.– The system must have the capability to identify at least 1200 distinct substances, and these substances must include fentanyl, meth, cocaine, xylazine, and other narcotics.– The system must be handheld and weigh 1.27 lbs or less.– The unit must have an IP Rating of IP64.– The unit must have a temperature operating range of –14 degrees F and 122 degrees F.– The system must have automated reporting with data export formats to include CVS, SPC, and PDF– The system must have an internal library that regularly updates the library of chemical signatures.– The system must have automated, tamper–proof records with time and date stamps for legal Integrity.– The system must have the capability to analyze substances through sealed glass and plastic containers, with the ability to provide clear, real–time results without direct contact with most samples.– The system must have a rechargeable internal battery with a battery life of 10 hours, with a DC wall adapter– The system must have reachback support, including automated spectral analysis with additional feedback from product staff scientists as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
