Both methods are permitted subject to County approval of the proposed method and compliance with applicable requirements. On September 22, 2026, the BCC approved consent agenda item 15, agenda report 26-1568, authorizing Tourist Development Tax revenues for purchase of this property and the adjoining parcel. This ITQ covers the structure and work limits identified for parcel 04-3S-20-34030-00G-0000; acquisition of adjoining property does not independently expand this scope.
