CLEANING-13298 - USA (Mars Hill, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Mars Hill, NC.  – Space cleaning shall consist of the following services each time the space is cleaned.– Restroom, shower and breakroom floors shall be swept and mopped clean each time spaces are cleaned.– Clean up overflowed restroom fixtures.– Vacuum carpets and rugs.– High dusting and cleaning.– Cleaning interior glass.– Clean up broken glass.       (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.           (4) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
