INSU-6255 - USA (Verdes, California) - Workers Compensation Insurance Program Services - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation insurance program services to the government authority located in Verdes, CA.– Provide a fully insured workers' compensation insurance policy in which the contractor bears of the financial risk for all covered claims with no risk transfer, deductible obligation, or claims funding requirement imposed on the district– Workers compensation: statutory coverage as required under the workers compensation act, covering all district employees including full–time, part–time, temporary, substitute, and auxiliary employees across all district campuses, facilities, and authorized off–site work locations.– Coverage shall extend to all job classifications employed by Progreso, including but not limited to instructional staff, administrative staff, maintenance and custodial workers, food service employees, bus drivers and transportation staff, and extracurricular activity supervisors– shall have no obligation to fund individual claims, reimburse the Contractor for claims payments, or participate in any loss–sensitive rating mechanism during the policy term– shall include coverage for occupational disease, cumulative trauma injuries, and repetitive stress injuries as required under law.– Claims Management and Administration – provide comprehensive claims management and administration services as part of the fully funded program, at no additional cost to the District beyond the agreed–upon annual premium.– Return–to–Work Program Support – In alignment with the Workers' Compensation Act's emphasis on employee recovery and return to productive employment– Loss control and risk management services – as part of the fully funded program and included within the annual premium, the contractor shall provide proactive loss control and risk management services tailored to the operational environment– Reporting and Data Analytics– Regulatory Compliance and Statutory Filings– Dedicated Account Management.(2) A contract term will be for one year.
