(1) Vendor needs to provide construction material testing and environmental support services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– providing construction materials testing and special inspection services, and environmental investigation, monitoring, and construction–phase environmental compliance services.– Environmental site assessment has been completed and identified recognized environmental conditions warranting further investigation.– Inspection and testing services shall be provided for sitework, retaining walls, pavement, concrete, masonry, structural steel, and other work as may be identified.– Geotechnical construction–phase services related to special inspections as governed by the building code, and construction inspection and construction materials testing for all building materials used by the contractor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 05, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 03, 2026.
