The purpose of this Request for Quotation is to define the County’s minimum requirements for a Mosebach X100L Portable Load Bank (100kW), or like item, with the ability to test and service emergency generators in the field by which the County may evaluate products offered by contractors or vendors. As used herein, the term contractor or vendor shall mean the contractor, its employees, or agents. The Portable Load Bank (100kW) shall meet or exceed the following specifications: Max Capacity: 100 kW at 480 & 240 VAC 3PH. Three Phase Voltages: 480, 240, 208. Single Phase Voltages: 240, 120. Load Step Resolution: 5kW at 240 & 480V 3PH. Control/Blower Power: External 120 VAC, 1 Phase, 60 Hz power source. Dimensions: Approximately 20”x12”x19” without travel case. Weight: Approximately 100 lbs. with travel case. Warranty: 1 Year Parts & Labor; 2 Years Resistors.
