(1) Vendor needs to provide house assistance resource services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Develops and implements policies and programs aimed at ensuring the adequacy, security, diversity, and cost–effectiveness.– Supporting the project team to develop a prototype of one or more sections of the building envelope and providing information on key tenets of effective passive house construction, including duct tightness, air infiltration, window installation, and moisture minimization. – Provide technical consulting and assistance to support developers and their design teams.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
