(1) Vendor needs to provide job order contracting services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV. – Job order, which may include, without limitation, the renovation or repair of buildings, utilities, parks, and playgrounds.– A job order contract is an indefinite quantity construction contract pursuant to which the respondent may perform an ongoing series of individual Projects– Job order contracting is typically used for small to medium sized repair and rehabilitation work, replacement in kind projects, and new construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) An optional pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 04, 2026.
