(1) Vendor needs to provide video conference room services to the government authority located in Franklin, OH.– Provide an audio–visual system that includes seamless automation, video conferencing, audio control, and presentation capabilities.– Implement a unified video conferencing solution utilizing microsoft teams rooms (MTR) technology, including the installation of three new MTR PCs (one per room).– Include two QSC NC–12x80 PTZ cameras.– Room control system.– Presentation and audio system.– Provide and configure LAN network connectivity for three (3) Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) PCs, ensuring proper integration with the owner’s network environment for teams functionality, device management, and conferencing services.– Control audio, camera, microphones, speakers, projection screens, projectors, HDMI input sources, and Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) functions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
