(1) Vendor needs to provide interactive technology service to the government authority located in Kent, WA. – Provide and install interactive technology equipment, connective components, and software in order to provide a fully interactive instructional classroom to its members.– Interactive whiteboards, classroom amplification systems, A/V mounting systems, and interactive video conferencing systems.– All parts, cables, storage, connections, switches, mounting hardware, ancillary pieces, labor, installation, warranty, maintenance, training, and applicable licenses.– Site–specific requirements such as lifts or scaffolding, raceways, site work, shipping, delivery, and travel.
