Vendor needs to provide existing conditions scanning, reality capture and scan–to–BIM services to the government authority located in MA. – Provide existing conditions scanning, reality capture, and Scan–to–BIM services for designated campus facilities. – The scope includes interior, above–ceiling, and rooftop scanning as applicable, exterior ground scanning and drone–based exterior mapping are not included unless expressly authorized by agency in writing. • Existing conditions scanning and reality capture:– Perform terrestrial LiDAR scanning of agency campus facilities, focused on interiors, above–ceiling areas, and rooftops, including roof–mounted equipment and penetrations.– Deliver registered, unified point clouds for buildings, suitable for integration into Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.– Provide file deliverables in RCP/RCS and E57 formats, organized by building and floor.– Ensure accuracy tolerance of ±1/4” or better.– Provide QA/QC documentation confirming accuracy and completeness. – Provide full–color point cloud scans and 360° panoramic photographs where feasible, linked to scan positions.– Photograph visible equipment labels and equipment tags.• Scan–to–BIM (Reality capture to Revit):– Organize models by discipline: architectural, structural.– Provide standardized Revit families for doors, windows, and other repeatable elements.– Perform QA/QC review, including deviation reports per building, to confirm models meet accuracy and completeness expectations.– Updating existing BIM models with new scan data is limited to the remediation and alignment requirements.
