CSE-25029 - USA (Parachute, Colorado) - Body-Worn Camera and Conducted Energy Weapon System Upgrade Services - Deadline December 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide body–worn camera and conducted energy weapon system upgrade services to the government authority located in Parachute, CO.– Qualified vendors to supply, install, and support a comprehensive Body–Worn Camera (BWC) system and to upgrade the Department's conducted energy weapons (CEWs) from the current TASER 7 platform to the TASER 10 platform. – Provide hardware, software licensing, cloud–based digital evidence management, training, warranty coverage, and ongoing technology assurance support for the life of the agreement.– Police Department currently operates body–worn cameras and TASER 7 conducted energy weapons that are approaching end–of–life and are increasingly difficult to support, maintain, and integrate with modern evidence management systems.– Town is seeking to contract with a qualified vendor to supply, install, and support a complete Body Worn Camera (BWC) and TASER 10 program for the Department on a turnkey basis.– program is anticipated to include camera hardware, docking and charging infrastructure, TASER 10 devices and accessories, cloud–based digital evidence management, AI–assisted transcription and report writing, virtual reality (VR) training equipment, taser training devices to include a VR headset and tablet, and a multi–year technology assurance plan.– Department requires the new system to integrate with its records management system (RMS) and support redaction, auto–transcription, and AI–assisted report drafting to reduce administrative burden on officers.– Provide guidance on future technology refresh cycles, cartridge replenishment programs, additional user licenses, and expansion of the VR training program as the Department's needs evolve.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2026.
