(1) Vendor needs to provide financial and retirement planning instructional courses service to the government authority located in Daleville, VA. • Provide the instructional courses for non–credit financial and retirement planning courses. • These courses must be centered on legal, industry recognized, and novice level best practices in financial planning techniques and strategies.• Financial Literacy Education and Retirement Planning strategies that are legal, based on currently recognized trends anresearch and best practices.• Provide instructors and produce and provide course materials to include books/study guides• Financial Literacy Education and Retirement Planning courses provided should help students better understand strategies, benefits and consequences of financial decisionmaking and retirement planning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026
