(1) Vendor needs to provide television compound trailers rental service to the government authority located in Queens, NY.• Each unit: a double–wide office trailer, an office trailer, and a ground level storage container in the television compound• Service Requirements/Specifications:o Office Trailers and Storage Container:i. One (1) double–wide office trailer (24’x 60’) including:• Four (4) individual corner offices• One (1) large central room• The option of a switchback ramp at one of the entrances.ii. One (1) office trailer (8’x 36’) including:• Two (2) office spacesiii. One (1) ground–level storage container (8’x 40’)o All trailers shall be equipped with the following:i. A standard, pre–serviced HVAC (Heat and AC) systemii. Steps with a handrail and covered landings compliant with current local codes(2) The contract period will be for one year.
