(1) Vendor needs to provide inspection and plan review services to the government authority located in Blanco, TX.– Plan review:– Perform non–structural plan review as required by the city's adopted building, residential, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fuel gas, energy, fire, and other applicable codes and ordinances. – Review plans and supporting documents for compliance with applicable city requirements.– Provide clear, written plan review comments identifying deficiencies and required corrections.– Communicate review comments through the City's designated process or the vendor's approved electronic system.– Provide re–review of corrected plans as necessary.– Maintain records of plan submissions, comments, revisions, approvals, and related correspondence.– Building inspection services:– Provide inspections associated with permitted residential, commercial, and multi–family construction.– Perform inspections required by applicable adopted codes and City requirements.– Identify and document code violations and work that has been concealed or performed without required approval.– Provide timely inspection results to the applicant and city.– Fire alarm and fire sprinkler plan review:– Review fire alarm and fire sprinkler system plans as required by the city's adopted fire code and other applicable requirements.– Provide written plan review comments and identify required corrections.– Fire alarm and fire sprinkler inspections:– Perform fire alarm and fire sprinkler system inspections as required by the city's adopted fire code and applicable city requirements.– Document deficiencies and required corrections.– Provide inspection results to the city and applicant in a timely manner.– Annual fire safety inspections:– Conduct annual fire safety inspections for commercial establishments and public buildings subject to applicable annual operating or fire permit requirements.– Perform re–inspections when required.– Provide the city with current inspection status, outstanding deficiencies, and completed inspection records.– Scheduling, communication, and customer service:– Provide a clear process for applicants, contractors, property owners, and city staff to request inspections and obtain inspection status.– Provide a designated point of contact for the city.(2) All the questions had been submitted on October 26, 2026.
