LEGAL-17494 - USA (Wichita, Kansas) - Indigent Defense Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide indigent defense services to the government authority located in Wichita, KS. – Legal representation for defendants who require indigent defense services.– Agree to accept all cases referred by the municipal court for indigent representation during the period of time designated by the agreement governing such provision of services unless a conflict of interest arises with a particular defendant.– Review and prepare all cases for trial, or other scheduled hearings, in advance of the assigned court date.– Represent assigned clients in termination actions on diversions and deferred judgments in the municipal court.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
