(1) Vendor needs to provide exterior signage fabrication and installation services.1. Field investigation:– Review of the existing materials, drawings, reports, etc., prepared by city staff on the proposed projects.– Review the proposed scopes and conduct field review of project site conditions.2. Review material and labor options with city staff:– This phase will consist of a review of quotes and material options and shall be performed within 10 working days of the review of the project with the city’s project manager, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.(2) An optional pre–bid conference will be held on November 17, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
