The City of Pittsburgh (The “City”) is seeking proposals from housing and community development consultants for the preparation and submission of the City of Pittsburgh’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as well as, program design, and application development. The Allocation Plan and all corresponding materials must meet the requirements outlined in CPD Notice CPD-21-10, Requirements for the Use of Funds in the HOME-American Rescue Plan Program and all future guidance from HUD.
